Bailiff Services

As well as debt recovery services, we can provide additional bailiff support, including traveller evictions and commercial property services.

We use Certificated Enforcement Agents (bailiffs) to carry out a range of services, including the eviction of travellers from private land, car parks, business parks, pubs, hotels and fields. We can also help with the process for the removal of squatters in commercial premises.

For commercial landlords, we carry out CRARs (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery) and lease forfeits.
